Freitag 德文是星期五的意思，是瑞士創辦人兩兄弟的名字，於1993年創立。
這樣個性化及環保的理念和耐操特性，早已讓 Freitag 風靡全球。
直到現在 Freitag 還是手工切割生產，用回收卡車帆布，汽車安全帶，腳踏車內胎和用過的安全氣囊做成的。雖是廢物利用，加工處理當然是會清理過。
因為是從每一塊廢棄的卡車帆布任意剪裁下來，所以絕不會看到兩個一模一樣的 Freitag 包包，這是它最吸引人的地方。現在公司總會討論要產品個性化，而 Freitag 可以說是完全以個性化為出發點。
甚至可以上官網去訂做。進入訂做後，會列出所有現在可以供訂做的卡車帆布，接著就上去自己剪裁，要怎麼配色都沒關係。
